Swivvy at Dutch Design Week

Design meets IndustryKlokgebouw, Eindhoven

17 to 25 October 2026

Introducing Swivvy, a family of active seating built around our patented motion system. The hinge allows ball-like movement in every direction, lockable on demand. From handmade prototype to production-ready system, it's now ready to fit a range of seating designs, starting with the Swivvy Office.

The hinge

A patented motion system built into the cushion. It tilts in every direction and locks when you want to sit still.

Three seats built on the Swivvy hinge: a school chair with a yellow cushion, a blue Swivvy Office stool on a five-star base and an orange stool

One system, a family of seating

The hinge is designed to go into other seating, not just ours. Swivvy Office is the first. Swivvy School is in development.

In production

Three years from the first handmade prototype to a patented system and a finished production run. The first Swivvy Office units are on their way now.
