Use your Swivvy Office as your active sitting stool in any office environment. To best experience its fluid movement it’s important you sit centred on the cushion while keeping your feet touching the floor or foot ring during use. For moments you wish to use the Swivvy Office as a stable seat, the cushion’s system can be locked in a centred fixed position by pulling the lever underneath the seat.

Yes. Swivvy Office is designed for long sessions. The locking mechanism lets you switch between active and fixed whenever you need a break from movement.

Yes. The Swivvy Office is fully adjustable to fit any desk setup, sitting or standing. The seat height depends on the stand: 55 to 75 cm on Classic, 58 to 78 cm on Wheels and 54 to 74 cm on Disc, a slightly lower range than a regular standing chair. The foot ring is height adjustable as well, allowing you to adjust the angle of your knees.

The Swivvy Office is an active sitting stool with a patented motion system built into the seat cushion. It supports users up to 115 kg and weighs 7 to 10 kg, depending on the stand. Classic has a five-foot base (55 × 55 cm, seat height 55 to 75 cm), Wheels the same base with weight-activated braking castors (55 × 55 cm, 58 to 78 cm), and Disc a weighted round base (40 cm across, 54 to 74 cm). The height adjusts with a gas spring, and the optional foot ring is height adjustable too. The cushion is upholstered in premium microvelour, fully vegan, in Mist, Slate, Fjord or Dune.

The microvelour cover can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth. The materials are chosen for durability and long-term use.

Yes. You can withdraw at any time before your order arrives, also while it’s on its way, and until 14 days after the day you receive it. Use the online withdrawal form on our Withdraw page or email info@swivvyseat.com. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we refund you in full. If it has already shipped, you send it back free of charge and still get a full refund.

Yes. You have 14 days, starting the day after you receive it, to tell us you’re withdrawing, without giving a reason, and then another 14 days to send it back. Use the online withdrawal form on our Withdraw page or email info@swivvyseat.com, and we’ll refund the price. Sending it back is free: we pay for the return. You can try it out as you would in a shop; if it comes back damaged or clearly used, we may deduct the loss in value. Our Shipping & returns page has the details.
