Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026
This page explains what personal data we collect through swivvyseat.com, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We keep it short on purpose — we collect very little.
Who we are
Shifting Shapes B.V. (operating as Swivvy), Valkenboslaan 80, the Hague, the Netherlands, is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at info@swivvyseat.com.
What we collect and why
Contact details. When you email us — for example to plan a demo — we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use these to respond to you and to follow up on your interest in Swivvy Office. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to and following up on inquiries. We keep this correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to our contact with you (for example while you're interested in Swivvy or are a customer) and we delete it when you ask us to.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site: which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, the type of device and browser, the approximate location (city level), and how you arrived here. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you. Google Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.
Cookies
Google Analytics places cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish visitors and sessions. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make this website work: Google Ireland Ltd. (analytics) and our email hosting provider. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, this is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or EU standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you,
- have incorrect data corrected,
- have your data deleted,
- restrict or object to how we process it,
- receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@swivvyseat.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data — for example when we add a contact form — we'll update this page and the date at the top.
