Warranty

Swivvy Office is made to move and built to last. Every stool is designed in the Netherlands and manufactured to hold up to daily, active use. If something is nevertheless wrong with yours, we'll make it right.

What's covered

Shifting Shapes B.V. warrants the Swivvy Office stool against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of delivery. This covers, among other things:

• the patented hinge system,
• the locking mechanism,
• the gas spring and height-adjustment mechanism,
• the base, frame, and other structural parts,
• manufacturing faults in the upholstery, such as seams or attachment.

What's not covered

• normal wear and tear, including gradual wear of the fabric,
• damage from misuse, accidents, or improper cleaning,
• modifications or repairs not carried out or approved by us,
• cosmetic damage that does not affect how the stool works.

Making a claim

Email us at info@swivvyseat.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and a photo or video if possible. We'll respond within a few working days. Depending on the issue we'll repair the stool, replace the affected part, or replace the stool entirely.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not limit, the rights you have under Dutch and EU consumer law, including the legal guarantee that a product must conform to the sales agreement.
